Volunteering at the Hot Chocolate 5/15K in Chicago

I will be volunteering for CARA (Chicago Area Runners Association) at the Hot Chocolate 5/15K in Chicago this coming Sunday, November 1st. I had planned to run this race, but it filled up too quickly. I will be stationed at the first water/gatorade stop for the 15K runners at Foster and Lake Front path. See you there!

There are over 4x as many runners registered this year as last year which will make this race very exciting. What could be better than running a race and ending in a land of chocolate. Hot chocolate, chocolate candy and other items will be in abundance at the finish of the race.

I hope to see some of you there and look forward to spending time volunteering and cheering on all the runners!
